Welcome to Strategic Consulting Ltd

Strategic Consulting Limited (Trading as SCL Partners) was founded in April 2024 and is headquartered in Musselburgh, Scotland. The company also operates in Europe via our Strategic Consulting BV company, which has been operating in Amsterdam, The Netherlands since 2014.

Both companies were created by our CEO, Gary Montgomery, drawing on his 25+ years of experience at RBS and Agenor Technology. Our services leverage this extensive expertise, allowing us to deeply understand the challenges our clients face and provide tailored solutions.

In July 2026, Strategic Consulting Ltd expanded its capability through the addition of Agenor Technology As a result, Agenor now operates as part of the Strategic Consulting Ltd Group, strengthening the Group’s ability to support clients across the full transformation lifecycle while continuing to deliver the project delivery and quality management excellence they are known for.

Our approach is to build long-term partnerships with our clients, evolving our services to meet their changing needs over time. With a predominantly permanent workforce, we offer exceptional stability and continuity, ensuring consistently high-quality service with minimal staff turnover.
